Lord St is an architect designed contemporary home. As well as the traditional “reference” style imagery, we wanted to produce an overview of the features that enhanced this property and made it different from others on the market. The play on light that the architect had enabled, the decor, the “moments” within the property that arrested you and took your attention. A graphic approach using primarily daylight lead to a more “architectural” look and feel than traditional real estate photography does. It generated exceptional interest and an outstanding result for the vendor.
