This property was as much about the details and materials used throughout as it was about the home overall. Polished concrete and Australian hardwood floors, feature windows, decking etc. It had a “feel” about it that we wanted to capture rather than just the spaces. It also had a fairly steep driveway that may or may not have polarised some potential buyers. Sometimes what you don’t show is as important as what you do. Once again, the photography generated so much interest that when people arrived they were already excited enough about what they were going to see to venture down that driveway. It achieved an exceptional result for the agency and vendors.
