Knowing what the basis of the copy on this property was going to focus on made it a no brainer on how to present it for marketing. Those were the features of the property so why would we not show the benefits of those features. Shot almost entirely with available light, just some shadow filling pops of flash, allowed the honesty of the property to shine though. Beautifully presented in neutral tones so didn’t want to bother it with tungsten, halogen or LED thrown mood lighting. Symmetry where possible. Keep it simple. It didn’t stay on the market long.
